MANOJ KUMAR SHARMA is a development and inclusive finance expert with more than 28 years of experience. Manoj oversees the Institutional Development & Support; Digital Transformation, FinTech-related initiatives, Value Chains Financing & Development; SME; Environment Financing and Capital Advisory Services Practice Groups at MSC. Manoj has a Master’s of Science degree in Environment Science from Sikkim Manipal University, India. Manoj has worked extensively to design and implement programs that promote microenterprises and create livelihood opportunities in rural areas.
DR. SANJEEV KAPOOR is the Secretary of the Board of Trustee of MicroSave India Foundation. He is a full-time academic at the Indian Institute of Management at Lucknow. Sanjeev has been a key member of the team which is credited with the development of the curriculum on microfinance being used in management institutions across India. He is a visiting and guest faculty at various management institutions such as the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and has several books, monograph series, and papers to his credit. A Doctorate in Agricultural Economics, he has a passion for microfinance and its role in rural development.
VISHRANT SHUKLA is an expert in the areas of Finance, Legal, Admin, and IT functions, ensuring robust strategies are in place at all times for these functions. Vishrant has almost 15 years of experience in managing and leading finance operations in different sectors and has cumulative experience in finance, law, and tax-related matters in India, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Kenya, Uganda, and Senegal. He leads financial management, costing and pricing, taxation, corporate governance, compliance, and legal and statutory matters across a multi-country environment. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of ICAI. He holds degrees in Law (LLB) and Commerce (B. Com) and Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA-ICAI).
